Introduction

Order is a material.

A finished room is not a scent. It is edges, glass, and the absence of the film that collects where hands actually land.

BRERH emphasizes a clear scope. Start with what will be touched, what will be left alone, and how the finished space should function.

We work in lived-in houses and in buildings that have to open in the morning. The standard is the same even when the calendar is not. A home visit follows the way a household actually moves. A commercial visit follows the way a floor is used after hours. Neither is a shorter version of the other.

Selected work

A few ways the work is organized.

Not every service belongs in a card. These are the ones people ask for first. The full list lives on the cleaning services page.

01 — Residential

House cleaning

Kitchens, baths, floors, and dust on a repeatable list. This is the ordinary visit, the one that keeps a house from needing a rescue every month.

02 — Residential

Maid service

A professional maid service is a rhythm, not a slogan. Weekly or biweekly, the same rooms, the same standard, with a way to pause when you travel.

03 — Reset

Deep cleaning

Deep cleaning services go where maintenance does not: film on cabinets, the line where the floor meets the wall, the appliance you stopped opening.

04 — Turnover

Move-out cleaning

Move-out cleaning services for an empty home: cabinets, appliances on the list, baths, and floors, aimed at a walkthrough rather than a styled photograph.

Office cleaning services for suites that should look decided in the morning. Restrooms and kitchens carry as much weight as the conference table.

How it works

Six steps. No mystery package.

You should be able to explain the visit to someone who will not be home. That is the test of a cleaning plan. The longer version is on how we work.

Name, address, and the kind of space establish the starting point after direct confirmation.

Describe the space

Rooms, access, pets, and anything fragile. Photos help. A walkthrough helps more.

03

Receive a plan

A written list of what is in, what is out, and how long we expect to be there.

04

A date that fits the building, not a promise of whoever is closest on a map.

Review

You tell us what missed. We correct it against the scope, not against a mood.

Standard

Detail is the whole job.

If the baseboard is dull and the glass is smeared, the room is not finished, no matter how the center of the floor looks in a photograph.

Tall windows with soft daylight and a view of trees.

Before the visit

The useful conversation happens before the first cloth is unfolded.

People call after a hard week, a notice from a landlord, or a lobby that no longer matches the rest of the building. The story matters less than the conditions. Is the home occupied? Are the desks clear? Is there construction dust, or ordinary life? Can we get in without someone waiting on the step?

We would rather decline a same-hour rescue than pretend a route can absorb it. One-time cleaning is available when the calendar allows. Recurring cleaning is how most homes stay even. Janitorial services are how most commercial floors stay even. Project work, including post-construction cleaning, is scheduled as its own job.

If something is fragile, say so. If a room is off limits, say so. A plan that hides those facts is not a plan. It is a disagreement waiting for the afternoon you are not there.

Why BRERH

A scope you can follow.

A scope you can forward

The rooms, the exclusions, and the time window live in writing. A partner, a property manager, or a front desk can read it without calling us to translate.

A correction path

If something in the scope was missed, say so while the visit is still fresh. We treat that as part of the job, not as a review to be managed.

Clear boundaries

The written scope identifies included tasks and exclusions before any service is confirmed.

Field notes

What a serious cleaning company should tell you up front.

People searching for cleaning services near me are usually trying to reduce risk. They have hired someone who skipped the bathroom, or they manage a floor that looks tired by Wednesday, or they are about to hand a landlord a set of keys. The right question is not which logo feels friendlier. It is whether the company can describe the work without hiding behind a package name.

BRERH is built around that description. A house cleaning service and a commercial cleaning company can share a standard of care and still refuse to share a checklist. Dust in a bedroom and dust on a warehouse mezzanine are not the same task, and neither is a substitute for carpet cleaning or tile and grout cleaning when the soil is in the material rather than on it.

What belongs in a quote

A useful quote names the property type, the rooms or zones, the cadence, and the tasks that are easy to argue about later. Inside the oven or not. Interior windows or not. Laundry folded or not. Refrigerators emptied by you before we arrive, or left as they are. For a move-out, the quote should say whether the home will be empty and whether we are expected to remove debris. We do not haul junk, and we do not want that implied.

For an office, the quote should say which kitchens, how many restrooms, whether desks are cleared, and who disarms the alarm. For an Airbnb turnover, it should say the gap between checkout and check-in, whether linens are washed on site, and who restocks soap. Those details change the crew and the clock. A price without them is a guess with a dollar sign.

Residential cleaning, in practice

Residential cleaning services work best when the household can live through the visit. That means shoes by the door, dishes at a manageable level, and a note about the room where someone is sleeping. A maintenance visit resets surfaces, floors, and the baths people use. It does not reorganize closets or repair a finish. If the house has slipped further than maintenance can reach, we will recommend a deep clean first. Starting a weekly maid plan on a neglected kitchen only teaches everyone to be disappointed.

Pets change the order of rooms and sometimes the products. Hair is a floor issue and an upholstery issue. If the sofa is part of the problem, say so, and we will talk about whether upholstery cleaning belongs in the same day or on its own appointment. Combining everything into one heroic afternoon is how details get skipped.

Commercial cleaning, in practice

Ordinary commercial cleaning can cover offices, retail floors, reachable glass, restrooms, break areas, clear floors, and trash when the scope and availability are separately confirmed. This website does not represent specialized clinical cleaning, regulated waste, hazardous materials, live equipment, confined spaces, child-occupied school or daycare work, or compliance-controlled tasks. School or daycare work must be scheduled when children are absent and separately confirmed.

Janitorial services are the repeating version of that promise. A one-night blitz before a board meeting is a different sale. If you need both, we will split them on paper so the nightly route is not judged by the standard of a special event, and the special event is not squeezed into a ninety-minute window meant for trash and restrooms.

Products, keys, and the things we will not pretend

Keys and codes are handled as access tools, not as souvenirs. You should know who has them. We should know how the door is supposed to look when we leave, including the alarm. If access fails, the visit is rescheduled. We do not wait unpaid for an hour and then rush the baths to make up the time. That rush is how a cleaning company earns a reputation it does not want.

How to choose a cadence

Weekly care suits households that cook most nights or shed a lot of pet hair. Biweekly care suits many apartments and quieter houses. Monthly care is a partial brake, not a substitute for daily habits, and it often needs a deeper list. Offices usually want a nightly or several-times-a-week pattern because restrooms do not stay presentable on a monthly hero visit. Short-term rentals follow the reservation calendar, not a weekday habit. If you are unsure, describe the mess as it actually returns. We would rather recommend fewer visits with a true scope than a cheap plan that omits the rooms you notice.

The client-only quote form can be used to preview a request with the ZIP code, property type, and a short note. It sends nothing and does not confirm service.

Surfaces that need their own appointment

A maintenance visit keeps a room civil. It does not always reach the material itself. Carpet that has taken a winter of shoes, grout that has gone dark in a shower, and glass that has a season of film on it deserve a separate line on the quote. Folding them into a two-hour house clean is how those tasks get a light pass and a disappointed client. Ask for carpet and rug cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, or window cleaning when the surface is the actual problem. The same idea applies to floors with a finish you care about. Floor cleaning follows the material. It is not a promise to refinish wood.

If you are furnishing a rental or resetting a condo between occupants, pair the surface work with move-in cleaning or apartment and condo cleaning so the building rules are part of the plan. Elevators, quiet hours, and a superintendent who has to grant access will change the clock more than another bottle of product will. Tell us those constraints in the first note. We would rather schedule a longer morning than discover the freight elevator is reserved for someone else at the minute we arrive.

What we hope you will notice

The test is ordinary. The sink should not feel filmed. The mirror should not show a halo. The floor should not grit underfoot at the doorway. Trash should be out if taking it out was on the list. Nothing you asked us to leave alone should have been rearranged to make a photograph. That is the standard behind the large type on this page. If you want it applied to a specific address, call +1 (816) 321-5030 or email [email protected] with the ZIP code and the kind of space.
