Cleaning product preferences

This page describes product preferences, not verified environmental performance. A lower-fragrance preference can be discussed for ordinary dusting, glass, floors, counters, and tile, but any product choice must be separately confirmed for the requested visit and surface. BRERH does not represent products as biodegradable, eco-friendly, certified, non-toxic, or environmentally preferable unless that attribute is separately verified.

What to request

Ask for a lower-fragrance preference and identify the rooms and surfaces involved. The available product must be separately confirmed before the visit. Product selection remains limited to ordinary cleaning and does not imply environmental certification, ingredient performance, medical suitability, or a specialized protocol.

“Lower-fragrance” is a preference, not a promise that a room will be fragrance-free or suitable for a medical sensitivity. If a specific product or scent must be avoided, identify it so availability can be checked. No absence-of-scent or health outcome is guaranteed.

Limits of a product preference

A lower-fragrance preference does not establish disinfecting, sanitizing, food-contact, clinical, licensing, regulatory, or compliance-controlled suitability. Those specialized tasks are outside the scope represented on this page unless separately verified.

Some mineral deposits, baked-on grease, and stains may not respond to an available lower-fragrance product. In that case, the item can be left out or another product can be discussed and separately confirmed. This page makes no environmental or performance claim about either option.

Checklist if you want this product set

Add these lines to the quote request so the crew packs the right kit.

• A clear request for a lower-fragrance product preference.
• Any specific scent or product you want avoided, if known.
• Rooms and ordinary cleaning tasks where the preference is requested.
• Surfaces: finished wood, stone, glass, and anything with a coating.
• Whether the visit is a home, an office, or a short-term rental.
• People or pets who will be in the rooms while products are wet.
• Separate confirmation before any different product is used.
